Mental Update
OK I seen mental health today, and they accepted me into their program, and are going to try to find housing for me. They gave me a psych med too called Zyprexa. They think I might have a little more going on then just depression and a few other things. Plus it might help me sleep finally too, and even get my appetite back.
I had an appointment at the clinic today, and when I left there, I tore open the front of my big toe on my right foot pretty damn good, so now I have it all bandaged up. God it hurts like all hell too. Other then all this, still nothing new to report.

Oh Paul. How in the world did you do that to your toe? I am glad that you are going ahead with the mental health...it will help you. Keep me posted about when you get in there. Keep in mind that I love you very much.....I love you...MA
Thank you mom. Ripped my toe open on a damn rock. Was wearing sandals. See this is why I wear steal toes shoes!
Paul-DAMN!! yeah, i know hawaii is 'for' sandals, but....well, maybe you oughtta stick to walking on the beach with 'em, huh? (lol!) no, i'm really sorry to hear this!
it's ok. it aint life threatening :-) i will be able to deal with it. Thank you for your concern though
